Our firm’s founder and managing broker, Bob Kaplan, attended the recent 2025 Live Oak Bank Outdoor Hospitality Symposium. Bob and other experts in the outdoor hospitality industry held a number of topical discussions regarding the state of the industry, from the benefits of better data collection to the current lending environment and beyond. The discussions also addressed industry challenges, such as the current macroeconomic environment.
